Job Description




Support the CFAB Collection team with respect to Collection process, policy, strategy, systems, customer communication



  • Customer Communication- End to end management of E-mail, SMS and IVR
  • Prepare monthly communication plan and draft content for E-mail, SMS and IVR.
  • Ensure execution of management strategies for customer communication
  • Upload trails for communication in collection system
  • Contest MIS and reports
  • Monthly communication analysis and efficiency %
  • Allocation analysis and dashboard
  • Manage incentive queries and support to field employees.
  • Data support for audit activities
  • Allocation and efficiency monitoring


Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
