Autodesk is seeking an Associate Software Development Manager to join our Fusion 360 teams in the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions Group in Pune, India. We\'re looking for a candidate to manage software development team developing modern cloud applications. As part of this role, you will lead and guide highly effective and high performing team of software engineers, and inspire them towards successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities Manage a team of software engineers to ensure execution and unlock creativity Work with your team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features, and provide operational and logistical support Build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders such as Tech Leads, Architects, Quality Assurance, Experience Designers, Product Owners/Management across the globe Develop staff by coaching, facilitating career aspirations and providing growth opportunities Build and foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members and provide your team with the tools and motivation to make things happen Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college 5-10 years of software development experience Experience with C++ and cloud connected desktop application development Proven ability to manage and resolve ambiguous issues Experience with modern software development practices and processes Experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies Excellent communication and written skills Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders for goals alignment and risks measurement Flexibility under changing conditions Passionate about customer success Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience as a manager Having a passion and prior experience of being a mentor and a coach Experience with leading a project through its entire software development lifecycle Experience working in some form of leadership capacity (program manager, product owner, scrum master, etc #LI-POST At Autodesk, we\'re building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
