Job Description
Sales Associate - Greet the customers on phone and answer their queries, ensures you capture their requirement.- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features- Actively talk to the customers- Follow laid down company process- Go the extra mile to drive sales- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options- Cross sell products complete training will be given by All Wave- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service- Build productive trust relationships with customers- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the Web site design)- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures on-going sales and high levels of customer satisfaction- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer's problem- Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features- General understanding of the principles of sales- Strong communication skills- High school diploma required- Bachelors in marketing or sales is preferred- Experience with customer service- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas (ref:updazz.com)
