If you are driven, curious, and passionate about tackling challenges and driving innovation forward, we believe that you would be a great fit for our team at Disprz. responsibilities Some key responsibilities include: Manage the sales activities for our LMS platforms / L & D solutions in given geographies, including partner development, business development and implementation, and ensure the company\'s annual sales targets for the region is met Lead customer acquisition by generating leads through demand generation teams, providing online / in-person demonstrations to those leads and organizing pilots Use existing relationships to grow business to new clients and current accounts Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities Undertake other promotional activities that are likely to culminate in a purchase agreement Ensure prompt collection of receivables from our customers Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study videos, etc., Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle Build the DISPRZ brand the ideal candidate education / skillset Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Sales or business management from a top B school Formal Knowledge of learning design and science, digital content development, and learning technologies and tools experience 5 to 8 yrs of B2B enterprise experience in Solution selling/ SaaS Product selling At least 2 years proven sales record in a reasonably sized market in India- South, North or West Experience in corporate learning and development is a plus abilities and traits Maintain timely and accurate reporting of the pipeline, account plans, and territory management activities Ability to work on stretch goals and highly demanding targets Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to: o Sell to new clients o Farm/Mine existing accounts o Develop and propose solutions for clients Commercially focused, growing accounts strategically through cross-selling and up-selling techniques Energetic team player, driven and self-motivated Self-starter with the ability to work with limited input Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills Good business sense and excellent consultative sales skills Location : Delhi / Gurgaon Note : Salary for this role is Pegged at 26LPA - 28LPA + Incentives
