As a Product Manager, you\'ll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive the strategic goals of Nissan Motor corporation. Job responsibility:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, strategic projects with high visibility, critical timelines and multiple teams, from inception to completion of rollouts. This includes establishing customer requirements, communication plan, scheduling, resource management, change management, risk mitigation, escalations, and all other areas of integration/deployment technical delivery.
• Deliver working solutions and projects with measurable business impact from scratch while leading the team through a high level of ambiguity.
• Manage, communicate & build relationships with key Business Stakeholders, Engineering/ Product Leaders, and Executive sponsors. Engage with customers to understand their business and needs.
• Own overall project QCT (Quality/Cost/Time) KPIs and deliver regular program executive reports.
• Foresee risks and adopt relevant risk mitigation strategies. Understand and track technical issues and find solutions for program problems as they arise. Use problem-solving skills to isolate and solve problems with programs to keep progress on track.
• Influence delivery process quality through improvements while getting directly involved in technicalities of the product & SDLC.
• Develop, drive and implement Agile Project Management practices.
• Drive quintessential agile practices in day-to-day routine of squads.
• Coach the squad members about Agile ways of working - Scrum, Scaled Agile or any adopted ways of working methodology.

Requirements:

• An MBA from a reputed tier 1 institute having 5+ years of post-MBA experience.
• An Engineering Degree - B.E./ B.Tech./ MS in any stream - Computer Science preferred.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Information technology space. Prior experience in manufacturing & supply chain domain in automotive industry is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Overall, 8 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant work experience well distributed across building software applications and demonstrating significant managerial experience.
• Should have independently managed at least 3 end-to-end Agile project deliveries and led a team of not less than 5 people.
• Willing to travel onsite (Japan). Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N2 certification or higher is desirable but not mandatory. Good exposure to Japanese language and culture, and ability to interact with Japanese clients is desirable.
• Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non- technical individuals. Excellent executive reports\xe2\x80\x99 preparation and communication skills.
• Experience building processes, project management, and complex program schedules.
• Strong project management cross-group collaboration skills.
• Prior experience with implementing and driving initiatives using agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of current web technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep in, based on need.
• High comfort level working with problems requiring digital transformation solutions involving Analytics, AI/ML and other Advanced technologies.
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
• Ability to multitask, manage time & work with strict deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in fast paced environment.
