About the role

Fasten your seatbelt and climb on board if you’re ready to be a product manager at Sourcewiz. As an early member of the product team, you are expected to understand customer problems and prioritize to solve the ones which create the highest impact for users. You will demonstrate a high degree of ownership to solve complex problems and collaborate with stakeholders to roll out solutions to those. PMs at Sourcewiz are leaders who discover and enable superpowers for our users (the exporters). Your ability to think big while focusing on constant execution will be admired and rewarded at Sourcewiz.
What you’ll do


Understand and articulate requirements from users, study how we need to provide the right solutions to exporters looking to access Sourcewiz


Interact, collaborate and connect with technical, business, and product members as well as external partners to foster bottom-up innovation


Define and communicate your product’s vision, execution, goals and own the results


Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is being developed within the agreed-upon plan and with the desired quality


Ability to document, prioritize and communicate product requirements to the development team and other key stakeholders. Be comfortable monitoring deployment and implementation of product features to assess if they have delivered the right outcomes
We love it if you have


Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, marketing, engineering, or a related field.


1-2 years of experience in a similar role would be an advantage


Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.


A strong analytical bent of mind and be very comfortable with problem-solving


Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies


Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports


Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support


Excellent communication skills
