TCFSL - Shared Services
Business Vertical: TCFSL Department: Marketing Designation: Line of Business: Shared Services Proposed Immediate Superior: Assistant Vice President - Digital
Grade: M3/M4 Key Objective of the Job:

  • Work closely with business team to understand digital objectives and help them deliver using data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with data requirements gathering coming from various sources and consolidation of the same.
  • Experience evaluating data collection for accuracy
  • Working along with core team on month & event-based planning
  • Working on increasing Organic presence and should be well versed with SEO tools and implementations
  • Analysis of performance & brand marketing campaigns & reporting key insights and learnings
  • Create data-based recommendations for campaign managers to optimize campaigns
  • Data & insights representation to stake holders within & outside the team
  • Competition analytics and tracking
  • Experience with Adobe suite or similar data management tools. Experience with web technologies and frameworks
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve digital customer experience and digital sales.
  • Provide data driven insights for use cases like Customer Journey improvement, Digital Upsell & Cross-sell, Funnel Optimization, Conversion Improvement, Acquisition Effectiveness improvement, Landing Page Optimization, A/B Testing, Campaign Performance, Personalization and more.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, concepts, tools and techniques
Major Deliverables:
  • TCL/Moneyfy Web and App from (SEO & ASO)
  • Omni Channel Cross sell communication implementation and management
  • Paid campaigns
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Desired Experience:
  • E xperience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics along with Target and relevant tools as well as internal reporting tool
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools
  • Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
  • Experience working with Omnichannel Marketing Automation tools like Salesforce Marketing, Resulticks, Clevertap etc and Analytic tool – Adobe, GA 360 App tool – Adjust. Google Search console,
  • Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
  • Other Desired attributes:
