Job Description


Role Responsibilities

  • Understanding the product and perform CST/ KCI/KRI based on the control monitors
  • Ensure to adhere to the POI\'s, Control Monitoring Guide and Checklist
  • Execute CST/KCI/KRI within the TAT to meet the SLA and maintain proper record and update the results in risk management system within the specified timeline
  • Ensure the control monitors test results submitted by RP must be validated on both the manual checklist and M7 system data.
  • Identify and report all exceptions on noncompliance with standard and have action plan in place
  • To manage allocation, validation, co-ordination with product team & support teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Provide/Participate in training, RCA, Risk related forums/discussions
  • Manage audit requirements
  • Ensure score card parameters are achieved including HR service promise
  • Effective Stakeholder Management
  • Perform and Manage Risk related activities in GPS
  • Prepare and maintain Risk related reports and Packs as per agreed schedule

  • Strong Analytical, Communication & Presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge on M7 system
  • Understanding of the basics of risk framework and knowledge on the risk related systems is preferred
  • Advance knowledge and hands on experience on MS excel package

  • Active team player with ability to multi-task
