Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Understanding the product and perform CST based on the control standards.
  • Maintenance of updated POI and Checklist.
  • Execute CST within the TAT to meet the SLA.
  • Update and maintain results in M7 within the specified timeline.
  • Identify and report all control monitor exceptions.
  • Ensure required action plan is in place for identified exceptions.
  • Work closely with Product Risk team to operationalize ORTF.
  • Work effectively with GPS Operations teams on Risk related matters.
  • Provide / Participate in trainings, RCA, Risk related forums / discussions and Service Review meetings.
  • Manage audit requirements.
  • Ensure KPI score card parameters are achieved including HR service promise.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by analysing KPI metrics.
  • Implement action plans for improvements where deviations are noticed.
  • Identifies opportunities to further leverage service qualities.
  • Uses insights to pro-actively improve the risk related information.
  • Effective Stakeholder Management.
  • Perform and Manage Risk related activities in GPS.
  • Prepare and maintain Risk related reports and Packs as per agreed schedule.
  • Effective management of the team to make sure that the team is updated on the policies procedure requirements and the CST execution.
  • Support on all M7 system related issues and to co-ordinate with M7 technology team to resolve the identified issues.
  • Work with the respective product / regional Risk Managers to monitor trends and developments, anticipating changes in regulatory, legislative and internal requirements.

  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

  • Strong Analytical and presentation skills.
  • Complete knowledge on EORP system.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Understanding of the basics of Risk framework.
  • Advance knowledge and hands on experience on MS excel package.
  • Quick to Learn and Adapt.
  • Active team player with ability to multi-task.
  • Able to build strong, sustainable relationships within the unit, Group and Country Stakeholders.
  • Implements effective control processes and tools.
  • Monitors control breakdowns and ensures escalation / remedial action taken.

  • Is proactive in recommending updates of process to improve controls and system processes.
  • Provides advice and guidance on selected areas to key stakeholders within confined guidelines.
  • Influences management to take more effective decisions.
  • Manages a team of individuals including recruiting, motivating staff, coaching employees through effective engagement to deliver agreed goals.
  • Provides clarity to team on what excellence means for their roles.
