About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs - Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda\xc2\xae and Obesity & NASH pipelines.

The position

The Associate Manager - Digital Media Operations is responsible for building and managing a team of specialists delivering end-to-end digital media campaigns. The team will consist of a number of digital media specialists liaising closely with global commercial teams and local affiliates on campaign execution, expectations and possibilities. Campaigns will then be built, executed, optimized and analysed within this team. Main responsibility will be to manage the team to ensure best in class paid media execution and efficient operations for a great global commercial and affiliate performance.

  • Building and managing a team of 8-10 people with different responsibilities and areas of expertise.
  • Evolve Digital Media operations focusing on the end-to-end delivery of paid media campaigns to key markets and deliver on Digital Media operations objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Line Manager and Global Digital Media Hub team on the strategic and tactical development of the team.
Qualification
  • Master degree or above in relevant area.
  • 10+ years of experience with digital marketing is a requirement including hands on digital campaign management and analysis, reporting and execution of paid media.
  • Proficiency in pharma (digital) marketing is a plus but not a must.
  • Deep knowledge of and experience in paid media platforms and reporting tools such as but not limited to Facebook business manager, Google suite, DCM campaign manager etc.
  • Potential experience with other campaign management and automation tools such as Mail Chimp, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign Manager, Hub Spot etc.
  • Team management experience, preferably of teams bigger than 5 people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly trustworthy and excellent at building cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate; across functional areas and multiple locations.
  • Ability to challenge status quo and motivated to constantly improve processes/services.
