About the department

The Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial GBS unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.

The position

As an Associate Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Act as an expert within paid, owned, and earned digital media strategy, with a focus on social media and community management and Drive best-in-class guidance and execution that will have a business impact for our global brand teams and affiliates.
• Contribute to scaling and maturing the Social Media area in Digital Media Hub, including creating a best-in-class Social Media service offering and necessary processes.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of projects and propose solutions for improvement and Be a subject matter expert within Social Media and stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to project manage digital solutions and Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and provide evidence-based recommendations for maximum ROI.
• Work in cross-functional teams with MCE strategists, content creators, account owners, and brand managers and Consult and advise global commercial teams and affiliates on digital strategies to support their business objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Has 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• Experience in translating business objectives into digital strategies.
• Strong understanding of paid media channels and other digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and providing evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills.
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Master\'s degree or above.
