Job Description


Role Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital capability roadmap for CPBB India by liaising closely with relevant business and support functions and closely tracking the competitive and regulatory environment.
  • Key focus areas will be across front end changes (i.e. client facing capability rollouts), backend digitization to drive cost efficiencies and capabilities to enable our front-line teams. Client facing changes will be a combination of sales related capabilities as well as engagement and servicing.
  • Another key focus area will be driving the digital NPS.
Strategy
  • Digital Sales : Drive digital sales, portfolio management and analytics across CPBB products especially credit card, personal loan and mortgages.
Business

Key Performance Indicators
  • Drive key KPIs for sales across CPBB products, understanding of sales funnel and channel optimisation, insights and bring in continuous improvement ideas.
  • Conceptualise, manage and drive communication campaign strategy though CRM/ Push channel i.e. Email, SMS, Push notifications etc and on digital captive assets
  • Digital Product lead growth - Analysis on data trends through creation of Dashboards/ Reports and competition insights/ trends.
  • Automation of existing sales process and building digital capabilities to drive digital sales
  • Launching Digital STP journeys across CPBB products
  • End to end drive key projects for Digital sales use cases \xe2\x80\x93 RTIM, Adobe etc
  • Campaign Execution and Tracking - E2E: base preparation, base upload on ACM / distribution to RMs, weekly and monthly tracking, fulfilment
  • DSM Enablers - Journey simplification, RTIM / AT / SEO optimization and New asset on SC Mobile and Web
  • Data & BI - 300+ monthly MI to be executed, Support Regulatory and Audit activities and Support a/c closure and fulfilment
Processes
  • Will be responsible for driving sales,portfolio management and analytics to grow bsuiness to implement digital capabilities and key projects to drive digital sales in line with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s project management framework.
Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s IT security, Client authentication and privacy controls.
Governance
  • Will be responsible to ensure compliance with the Group Digital GPS for sales related capabilities, new launched and vendor management
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. QUALIFICATIONS

TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in digital sales with marketing knowledge and understanding of paid marketing, SEO, SEM, display channels etc
  • Analytical skills
  • Creativity and automation
  • BFSI exposure especially in asset products i.e. credit card, personal loan and Mortgages
  • Strategic thinker.
