\xef\x82\xa7 Experience in handling infrastructure project works as part of the master plan development
activities for stormwater, roads, utilities, etc. is essential
\xef\x82\xa7 Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of civil structural design and execution
\xef\x82\xa7 Senior level maturity with excellent man management skills in a team environment
\xef\x82\xa7 Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline
\xef\x82\xa7 A self-starter with abilities to think out-of-box and take appropriate initiatives for development of
projects
\xef\x82\xa7 Good Communication skills, coordination skills, good networking

Key Accountabilities
\xef\x82\xa7 Review of Design Basis Report, layouts
\xef\x82\xa7 Geo-Tech investigation & Recommendation (GI) Reports, Interpretation of the GI report
\xef\x82\xa7 Structural Analysis & Design Model & Manual Design Calculations
\xef\x82\xa7 Code Compliance & interpretation
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure that the final product is an optimized solution i.e., Serviceable, Stable & economical and
satisfies owners and design professionals objectives
\xef\x82\xa7 GA & Detailed Drawings including consistency between Planning, Design & Drawings\xef\x82\xa7 Managing revisions in planning & design/modifications pre / post-construction activities
\xef\x82\xa7 Solutions to Site issues & during construction issues
\xef\x82\xa7 Checking design & detailing of Critical items in Shop drawings
\xef\x82\xa7 Site visit of the projects and check the quality of construction
\xef\x82\xa7 Inter-Discipline Coordination
\xef\x82\xa7 Verifying material test Certificates, test reports & acceptance
\xef\x82\xa7 Independent Engineers (IE) coordination
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare in-house preliminary designs with options for feasibility studies & costing
\xef\x82\xa7 Suggest Alternate civil / structural options (other than suggested by Consultants/EPC contractor)
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and Maintain Weekly and Monthly reports
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and Maintain Planning & Design Action List for each meeting
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and Maintain Chronology reports with respect to revisions and allied changes
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and Maintain Trackers for Correspondence & RFIs, Monitor the flow of information and
maintain a record of planning & design related changes/value additions, their impacts and
delivery schedules for said changes
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain folder integrity in the established format. Document and maintain the Project folder
which shall encompass all information, correspondence, drawings etc.
