Job Description
JD for Associate Level Legal Officer: Major Activities: The responsibilities include drafting and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to property, license, handling arbitration matters and civil suits, MOA, MOU, Indemnity Bonds, Agreement for Sales, etc. and required coordination with relevant authorities, lawyers, firms, etc. Contract Management:
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure contract compliance and provide recommendations for revisions.
- Maintain an organized contract repository and tracking system.
- Maintain the legal department\'s records and filing systems.
- Assist in managing the legal department\'s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document retrieval, photocopying, and document distribution.
- Liaison with Govt. officers including Land revenue offices and KMC etc.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree (LLB) with at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills should be excellent.
- Real estate experience mandatory
- CTC upto 3.50L / P.A.
- Provident Fund
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
