The position

The Associate global project manager for real world evidence (RWE) plays a vital role in ensuring the success of real-world studies. You will be responsible for diligent project management and stakeholder management, ensuring all internal and external requirements are met, such as vendor selection, reporting, and IRB/EC approvals.

  • Project management: define project scope, develop project plans, and execute medium complexity projects. Engage with vendors, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Stakeholder management: proactively identify stakeholders\' needs, prioritize work, and maintain close relationships. Plan and execute stakeholder engagement, overcome objections, and identify new communication channels.
  • Affiliate communication and cross-functional cooperation: build effective relationships with affiliates, deliver high-quality plans, and address local challenges. Utilize project tracking and reporting tools to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s/master\'s degree or above in a relevant field.
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Competent in Driving performance, personal leadership, stakeholder relationship, cross-functional processes and governance, portfolio management and longer-term strategy, leveraging insights in strategy and tactics, strategy development, communication and affiliates interaction.
  • Project definition/initiation, project planning, project execution and risk management, project completion and communication.
About the department

Global Medical Affairs, GBS (GMA GBS) is an extension of the Global Medical Affairs team in Headquarters (HQ) in Denmark and Zurich and is based out of Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, India. The team consists of highly motivated scientific and medical advisors, project managers, medical illustrators and publication manager working together with HQ, regions and affiliates across the world. Our core competencies are communicating scientific and medical knowledge on our products to the external scientific community and across the organization; delivering external medical events including in-house content development and project management; and Publication planning.
