Job Description

- Debt Business development like Develop relationships with new and
existing clients/ investors/lenders to expand the business and meeting them F2F
or teams for new business development.
- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
- The best candidates for this role would be Relationship managers of
Private Sector Banks, BD personnel from our peer companies, External credit
rating agencies.
- Should have experience of business generation of minimum ticket size of
10 cr to Rs. 50 cr
- Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of
clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations,
valuations and pitch books
- Conducting Industry Research & Sector Analysis, Financial Modelling and
Balance Sheet Analysis, Contract Evaluation, Development of Risk & Mitigation
Matrix, SWOT analysis.
- Term sheet preparation /inputs, preparing customized Sector Presentation
/Appraisal Note and the presentation, to be presented to the Investment
Committee.
Business Development
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct market research to identify potential clients, companies, and trends.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed and identify
opportunities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email
campaigns, social media, and networking events.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement lead generation strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their
business needs and challenges.

\xef\x82\xb7 Schedule and conduct service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value
proposition.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with the senior team to handover qualified leads and opportunities for
further development
\xef\x82\xb7 Represent the company in a professional manner.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including key
performance indicators (KPIs) and progress against targets.
