Position Overview The role, Associate Finance Operations Manager, T&E , will be based in Bangalore, India reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, T&E.The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a team environment where members oversee individual tasks needed to reach a common goal. The Associate Manager should also have excellent communication (English), analytical thinking, time management, and people leader skills. Experience with Concur Implementation is a plus. Functional knowledge of ICS, Workday (305 & 350) integration, Partner Bank Integration, Audit Rules, Workflow, Receipt Handling, Expense Audits and Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are mandatory. The Associate Manager will supply feedback for process creation/improvement, KPI reporting, team goals and will function as an escalation point team members as well as end users. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Become a Concur super-user and subject matter expert. Escalation point between Concur end-users and Concur Support team members. Ensure T&E processes executed on time. Perform Month End Close activities. Participate in process improvement and KPI development. Resolve integration errors (Workday, Partner Banks, ICS) Experience, Skills & Knowledge . Must have experience with 10+ years in Travel & Expense Automation . Must have experience using any Information systems (SAP, Concur, Workday, Service Now) . Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills. . Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking and analytical skills . People Leader . Ability to manage competing priorities. . Enjoy working in a small team. . Fluency in English
