Job Description
MARS Residential is a Property Management Company based in Dallas, Texas in the USA. MARS owns rental properties estimated to be worth USD 350 Million appx in 2022.We are currently hiring candidates for multiple associate and Operations manager position for our offshore operations office. Candidate "MUST" have excellent communication skills in English, ability to adapt USA working hours (CST), quick learners with great aptitude and customer service skills to start ASAP. The job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Follow up with tenants through phone call, text messaging from our rent tracking software and email.
- Call tenants and follow up to collect delinquent / unpaid rent.
- Call tenants to confirm if their maintenance request is complete.
- Take maintenance requests from tenants and assign to respective department.
- Must be good at tracking invoices and utilities payments for properties.
- Must have experience or very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be flexible to take over multiple responsibilities.
Candidates should have their own computer/laptop, high speed internet and uninterrupted power supply and a quiet work area without external disturbance.Training will be provided on our custom rental software system.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ?50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
