Associate Engineer Design Operations
Job Description
Handle Design cases, proposal design in Auto CAD 2D designs drafting, Blue beam PDF and interpret mark-ups writeups. Knowledge in the Lighting domain will be advantageous and highly preferred. Prepare proposals documents including Design, BOM, BOQs, RFQ RFI etc Analyze customer requirements and support the Pre-sales / Post-sales globally. Participate in internal design huddles to understand if we meet customer-specific intent before drawings are finalized and released for production/Site execution. Capture customers business requirements in the CRM software and develop new designs and retrofit solutions to the case-to-case requirements. Maintains a thorough understanding of project workload and rebalances work as needed. Should have the ability to work within the team (Team Leads Senior engineers). Should have an interest and ability to work in an international environment. Proactively identified and communicated areas of deficiency/gaps along with proposed solutions. Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and presentation skills Qualification UG Qualification B.Tech/B.E - Computers PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
