Associate Director - Treasury (NBFCs)

Key Skills :

- MBA or CA with 8-10 years of experience in debt raise or commercial banking preferably with NBFCs.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling.

- Strong relationship management capabilities

- Basic legal knowledge of debt contracts and regulations around securitization etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide overall leadership of the cash management, debt management and investment management functions of the organization and its affiliated entity, ensuring the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability.

- Manage and lead the identification of potential investors like PSU, Private sector Banks, NBFCs, AIF, DFIs etc. both existing and new, including identification of overseas funding sources. Devise Funding structures with lending partners in form of various credit lines and financial instruments within budgeted COF

- Managing critical portfolio reporting from debt lenders perspective, Monitors and prepares loan covenant compliance

- Working on portfolio securitization and other alternate structure.

- Liaising with rating agencies.

- Agreement structuring and negotiation

- Supervises the maintenance of internal controls designed to safeguard funds and the integrity of its fiscal systems, Lead efforts in automation of Treasury activities

- Manage ALM of the NBFC and ensure both liquidity and interest rate risk mitigation, Maintain ALCO reporting, board presentations, investor presentations and other pitches
