Associate Director- Capital Markets
We are looking for a zealous individual with strong financial sense and negotiation skills to develop the liability end of our business by cultivating and fostering relationships with various banks, financial institutions, etc. The recruit will manage the process of raising funds through term loans, working capital loans, NCDs and direct assignment etc from various Lenders.
:
- Manage and lead the identification of and approach various Lenders (Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, MFs, Corporates, etc.) with funding opportunities.
- Build on relationships with existing as well as probable lenders
- Prepare proposals, applications, information memorandum and any other document required for funding
- Prepare financial models as required by the Lenders to assess the fund requirement
- Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fund raising
- Understand due diligence requests from prospective banks and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response
- Negotiate and finalize the interest rate, all in cost, representation and warranties and various other covenants stipulated by the Lenders at the time of sanction
- Ensure timely compliance as agreed under loan documents
- Produce detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, identifying areas for growth and development, and outlining measurable objectives
- Successfully develops and maintains tracking tools and presentation templates
- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with management
- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development
Requirements:
- CA/MBA from premier institute
- 08+ years of work experience, preferably in NBFC Treasury, or Corporate banking primarily raising funds from Public sector banks
- Should have experience of raising 500+ Crs with minimum 12-15 sanctions year on year
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external banking seniors
- Strong analytical and written communication skills ; ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to understand the task and work independently to accomplish the goal
- Forward looking thinker, who is proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions
- Strong presentation skills required and expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
