About the Role As AD/D- M&A and Strategic Finance, you\'ll drive strategic partnerships and investor relations and outreach programs. In this role, you\'ll take up initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects and drive execution with various org teams within Meesho. You\'ll also lead efforts related to the assessment and execution of relevant investment and / or partnership opportunities by developing a strategic rationale for Meesho. You\'ll coordinate due diligence exercises and augment the team\'s industry awareness. What you will do Develop a keen understanding of business in terms of P&L, revenue and cost drivers, product and tech strategy Help develop Meesho\'s inorganic strategy in line with our business goals in terms of partnerships, investments and M&A Initiate and develop outreach with relevant stakeholders and potential targets across pillars of e-commerce Cross-functional engagement to help with successful onboarding/integration Assist in developing and tracking investor relations strategies and outreach Design and prepare key corporate cadence presentations and materials in collaboration with cross-functional organisation leads for board meetings Support strategic business planning, financial analysis, and project management for growth opportunities in line with our business goals Work closely with external advisors and execute key internal workstreams for any capital raise exercises What you will need Post-graduate degree in any discipline (From Tier 1 institutes only) 4 to 8 years of experience in Strategy consulting, VC firms, Investment banking, or high growth companies Research and analytical skills to drive competitor benchmarking and develop industry awareness Ability to coordinate research and synthesise findings, and develop solutions to ensure timely decision making Ability to approach challenges with a \'problem first\' and \'data first\' approach rather than implementing \'generally accepted\' principles Experience working in collaboration with senior, cross-functional stakeholders Understanding of or keen interest in the e-commerce ecosystem About Meesho Meesho is India\'s fastest growing e-commerce company.
