Work closely with senior stakeholders To work with one the Global leading Retail organization Innovations Leadership : Spearhead the innovation strategy by identifying emerging food trends, consumer preferences, and competitive offerings to develop innovative menu items, promotions, and service enhancements. Consumer Insights : Lead consumer research efforts to gain a deep understanding of our target audience\'s preferences, behaviours, and expectations. Brand Campaigns : Develop and execute comprehensive brand campaigns Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Finance, and Franchise Development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. The Successful Applicant 11-13 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of leadership and success in roles related to Innovations, Consumer Insights, and Brand Campaigns.
