Be a community champion, enlist and drive community activities To encourage more community participation and increase our Data Community membership particularly with Data Practitioners within our delivery teams by carrying out interactive sessions etc. Senior professional level role with hands-on enterprise level architect with deep experience in Data and Analytics technologies and on public cloud like AWS / Azure Focus on building practice competencies on Data & Analytics Engage with client managers with practice presentations, proposal responses and help Iris Sales team win solution engagements in Data and Analytics Rapidly architect, design, prototype, and implement architectures to address solutioning of Data applications/ solutions for a variety of Iris clients and prospects Build practice collateral - case studies, Point of Views (PoVs) on Data and Analytics, etc. Assisting to train others on Data & Analytics/Data Science related tools and technology. Staying up to date in the field regarding best practices, new and emerging tools, and trends in the Data and Analytics Perform additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management. Job Summary Professional Experience / Qualifications Passionate about Data & analytics, looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to plan and drive community activities Bachelor\'s degree / Master\'s degree in a Software discipline and/or MBA is a plus 12+ years of experience w.r.t. Data architecture, Pre Sales, Consulting, Implementation of large scale Enterprise-level Data Lake/Data Warehousing, Big Data and Analytics applications. Professional with a background in Data and Analytics, should have led multiple engagements in Data & Analytics in terms of solutioning, architecture and delivery. Should have excellent client interaction and presentation skills Excellent English communication both written and verbal Technology For the above skill areas, must have lifecycle experience on some of the tools such as AWS Glue / Redshift / Azure Data lake / Cloudera / Informatica / Teradata / Netezza , etc. Database experience and programming experience on Python/Java etc Nice to Have Industry Experience Required - Good experience and exposure in Financial Services - Investment Banking, Investment Management, Desirable - Other: Life Sciences, HiTech, Manufacturing, Logistics Role Based Competencies Mandatory Competencies Good to Have Competencies
