Associate Director - Collections - FinTech - Remote(12+ years)

Location: Remote (Occasional travel required to Bangalore / Delhi / Lucknow)

Responsibilities: * Provide strategic direction and oversee the overall management of the collections team.

• Analyze performance metrics, set performance expectations, and provide training and feedback to drive productivity.
• Develop and implement effective collection processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement in collections and underwriting.
• Manage recovery agencies, set targets, and ensure resolution rates meet objectives.

Requirements: * Graduation/Post-graduation/MBA qualification.

• 12+ years of experience in Collections, preferably in Unsecured and/or Business Loans.
• Proficiency in relevant lending products, collections systems, and processes.
• Strong exposure to legal resources and compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling up and managing large teams.
