Job Title: Associate Director - Business Analysis and ngagement Career Level - F Introduction to Role: Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of pharmaceuticals As an Associate Director, you will perform business analysis and design, either independently or as part of a team, to deliver small to medium size business change activities. You will partner with Sr. Business Partners/Business Partners, taking responsibility to deliver high-quality business cases, business process designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs. This role requires high levels of interactive communication, demonstrating inclusion and cultural sensitivity. Accountabilities: As an Associate Director, you will understand and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders applying specialist knowledge where applicable. You will interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making. You will work with the business to propose and deliver solutions to achieve agreed outcomes, ensuring that solutions fulfil their future strategic needs and challenges. You will also facilitate and lead design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements. Essential Skills/Experience: Experience of SAP ECC PP, MM Experience with External Supplier Data and Engagements Working Understanding of Data Lake (Snowflake) and Reporting Capabilities Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills Experience of mentoring, coaching or developing others. Business acumen Challenge, negotiation and influence Presentation, Communication & Facilitation Customer Focus Stakeholder Management Requirements Management.
