DevOps Engineer - Signavio Platform Cloud OS

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to strengthen our CloudOS Managed Services team in Signavio\'s Platform Group. Our mission is to build the foundation for our application developers so they can focus on creating value - profiting from the scale of SAP without being too dragged down by overhead, with low cognitive load, and with security & compliance built-in. We pride ourselves in following a Platform Engineering approach, being infrastructure-as-code only, and we continuously push to adopt new technologies that solve our biggest issues once they\'re proven.

Together with a team of DevOps Engineers you will contribute to adopting and managing a broad set of infrastruture services for the Signavio platform.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Work with Tech Leads and engineers to design, build solutions and best practices for managing infrastructure services across Signavio plaform.
• Follow and push our strict infrastructure-as-code / GitOps approach on AWS.
• Manage and own wide range of infrastructure and CI/CD services across the board like AWS SES, S3, Message Queue, GitHub etc. and provide robust solutions based on the requirements from delivery teams.
• Collaborate transparently with a variety of internal stakeholders in the form of demos, presentations and documentation.
• Collaborate and pair with engineers from various delivery teams on a group level; also supporting multiple environments.
• Be a part of managing and improving code infrastructure, continuous testing, and security are responsible for achieving the 24/7 availability of the Signavio Cloud OS platform.

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING

• 0-3 years of experience as active part of a DevOps transformation and understanding of DevOps work culture.
• Experience working with AWS cloud technologies.
• Knowledge on AWS SES, and good understanding of a message queue, S3, CDN, ECR, SAP Artifactory, Redis Cache
• Ability to communicate with clarity with delivery team members, provide onboarding and guidance on infrastructure topics.
• Ability to apply software engineering practices (GitOps/ArgoCD, CI/CD, TDD, GitHub workflow) also to infrastructure.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform and Docker would be a plus.
• You dislike manual changes to infrastructure. You "cannot sleep well" with untested changes and fight for simplicity.
• You are a strong team player and understand that we can only succeed as a distributed team
