- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct candidate interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate technical assessments and pre-employment tests to evaluate candidate proficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with appropriate hiring managers and teams.
- Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates to gather insights into their work ethic, achievements, and character.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Continuously explore and implement new recruiting strategies and tools to optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about trends, developments, and advancements in the IT industry to adapt recruitment strategies and identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and technical communities.
- Create and present detailed job offers to selected candidates, including salary and benefits information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess and improve recruitment metrics and processes.
- Provide consistent and timely communication to candidates regarding their application status, interview outcome, and next steps.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably 3 to 5 years.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technical skill sets, and market trends.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess candidates for cultural fit and alignment with organizational values.
- Proficient in interviewing and evaluation techniques.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
