Associate Manager - IT Recruitment Position: Permanent Exp: 6-8 Yrs Degree: Any Degree Work Location: Bangalore (BTM 100 Ft Ring Road) Work From Office (WFO) : Team Lead / Manager with 6+ Yrs of IT Recruitment experience Proven experience as Team Lead for managing both Permanent & contractual staffing. Experience in managing key accounts for existing clients and providing solutions based on customer needs. Good at escalation handling & experience in handling challenging client requests. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Team handling, Stakeholder Management. Coach & mentor recruiters on end-to-end recruitment Create necessary strategy to plan & execute to meet the targets Manage a team of Recruiters & evaluate their weekly / monthly / quarterly performance. Experience with both high volume recruitment as well as specialist searches Strong experience in handling Weekday & Weekday drives Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
