About the role: We are currently looking for a customer focused and relationship builder individual to join our team. As an Associate Channel Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing relationships and work effectively with others outside the organization. As part of our commitment to providing five-star support to third-party test centers around the world, we provide assistance and create engagement to enhance the test center experience. Our goal is to increase Pearson VUE performance and assist third-party testing centers to become the leading testing companies in their areas.

As an Associate Channel Operations Analyst, you\'ll be responsible for:

Respond to and facilitate needs of test centers in all aspects of test delivery

Provide account maintenance to resolve any internal customer requests pertaining to third-party test centers

Liaison between the business and the test center channel partner to help ensure compliance with Pearson VUE requirements.

Assist with third-party test center on-boarding.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Influential and persuasive communication skills

Excellent planning and multi-tasking skills

Strong creativity and problem-solving skills

Capable team player and participant
