We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Infrastructure Operations Analyst II to join our Global Batch Services -Technology Services Group team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

Control-M Batch Scheduler/Production Control Specialist/Control-M Infrastructure Operations Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 3 to 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience

Responsible for the analysis, development, modification, testing and maintenance of Control-M batch workflows. Global Batch Services is fully responsible for the planning, implementation, execution, monitoring and repair of mainframe and distributed batch jobs by using CONTROL-M. Global Batch Services provides all batch implementations and 24x7 batch monitoring, application recovery and escalation.

• Defines and discerns key aspects of job scheduler tool problems that require analysis and research and develops Control-M integrated solutions within a broad technical and business context of significant or strategic impact to the enterprise.
• Modifies and/or debugs job scheduler (BMC Control-M) utilities and packages.
• Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software process for Control-M scheduler.
• Takes requirements to then build or transfer files, run executables, and move items into different domains.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to the scheduling conflicts.
• Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs software problems and performs problem resolution on Control-M scheduler.
• Plans and executes disaster recovery procedures.
• Performs batch audits.
• Research, Analyze product level issues for solutions.
• Implement Control-M/EM security options by defining users / groups and by selecting configuration options.
• Day to day administration of Control M/EM service and its components, production batch schedules and ensure continuity of business services.
• Create new jobs (Mainframe/Distributed) in Control-M, Build and Manage job flows calendar requirement and scheduling criteria.
• Passing parameters to control-M job, creating job dependencies and alerts as per application team and business requirements
• Knowledge on JCL/COBOL/DB2/CICS/Linux/Windows/Python/Cloud Batch Integration/Job as Code/ REXX/CLIST/SAS/PYTHON/SPLUNK
• Experience with batch scheduling tools such as CONTROL-M --- Mandatory

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Experience supporting applications through a job or application scheduler tool (Control-M).
• Experience working with job scheduler tools such as Control-M
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as REXX and PowerShell a plus
• Working knowledge with all platforms (Windows, Unix, Linux) and how they interact with a Mainframe platform a plus.
• Possesses a general understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces (GUI) and control languages.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop partnership-oriented relationships with business executives and functional leaders, especially as it relates to operations and technology.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with peers and business users alike.
• Experience with project management a plus
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within Black Knight or outside the organization (executives, regulators, clients, etc.)
