About the Team
The revenue sell-side or category demand management team shapes demand at a category level across customers, visibility, and pricing levers. It manages day-to-day activities with close interaction with category buy-side teams. This team is a key driver for achieving platform revenue and growth while scaling the respective category\'s revenue by targeting a specific profitability for the category.
Roles & Responsibilities
Role:
This role involves managing demand generation, starting from driving traffic for the category through various on and off platform touchpoints, to taking actions to drive conversions. The role also involves enabling data-backed decision-making on growth hacks and building on strategic bets from a medium to long-term perspective for categories by working with stakeholders across product, category, and brand marketing for respective businesses. This role involves working with the leadership team to define the future strategy for the categories.
