JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :- Connecting and Counseling working professionals for Career Development Programs.- Cold calling the leads and database and convert to sales.- Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidate- Maintaining connect with the candidates through meetings, calls and mailers.- Maintaining Database and records of the candidates- Achieving the assigned Targets on monthly basis.- Following Pre and Post Sales procedures.- Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.
