Position: Business Development AssociateLocation: Noida, Sector 58 Work Timings- Full Time (12 PM to 9 PM) Experience: 0-5 Years Working days - 6 days (Mon to Sat) Qualification: Any graduation/post-graduationRoles and Responsibilities: - Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.- Advice students and parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions (K12 segment).- Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions daily, basis including follow-up sessions.- Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue.- Resolving queries and issues.- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.Key Skills Required : - Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business/Sales.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.- Persuasive and goal-oriented.- Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor.- Eager to expand the company with new sales.- Self motivated and self directed.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
