:

The Account Originations and Activation (AOA) Product team is seeking a Business Analyst with strong business and technical skills to work directly with our scrum teams and collaborate with sponsoring products, stakeholders and engineering teams. In this role, the candidate will support the Single Lending Desktop - Reporting APG using their experience in product delivery and technical execution along with their history of supporting successful product releases. They will be involved with building AOA\'s next generation credit card originations platform to help Chase gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

The successful candidate will be a self starter who is comfortable working in an agile environment where priorities can change. They will have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical skills and technical aptitude, as well as a passion for digital and emerging technologies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with one or more development teams to build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog
  • Develop expert knowledge in business processes and systems in Account Opening and Activation, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Manages key relationships and collaborates with stakeholders, teams including technology, design, architecture, analytics, etc.
  • Identify, assess, and document project artifacts, business requirements and functional specifications
  • Identify ongoing needs, gaps, optimizations and future opportunities for the product and capabilities needed for effective evolution of the AOA - Card platform
  • Engage with cross-functional partners across the organization to lead, align, and maintain productive partnerships throughout the lifecycle
  • Responsible for driving refinement, execution, and deployment of multiple engineering teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ year experience in analytical or technical capacity (Technology, Business Analysis, Product Development, etc.) working directly with engineering teams to deliver features and functionality
  • Experience in a leadership role working with one or more scrum teams
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to partner across various disciplines and levels of technical knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize a large book of work, meetings, team dynamics, and overall delivery
  • Bachelor\'s degree required or equivalent work experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market a plus
  • Experience building out and owning a roadmap, backlog, and full end-to-end execution
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional / cross Product teams
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive change in a dynamic environment
