Responsibilities: Loan processor responsibilities include preparing initial disclosure package, sending revised Loan estimate whenever there is a change in loan features, indexing, reviewing the credit package, which includes income, assets, collateral documents like prelim, purchase contract, AUS, and getting the loan ready for Underwriter approval. Other responsibilities includes communicating with onshore spoc\'s and ensuring all the required paperwork is available, accurate and in compliance with legal regulations. Skills \xef\x80\xad Graduate (Arts or Commerce) with 0 - 2 yrs of professional experience \xef\x80\xad Typing speed of 45wpm with an accuracy of 98% is mandatory; \xef\x80\xad Eye for detail and accuracy; \xef\x80\xad Ability to read, understand and write in English language; \xef\x80\xad Should have experience working in Computer (especially MS Excel, word, email) \xef\x80\xad Effectively using the computer keyboard to maneuver through all applications and documents for speed. Ability: - Should be flexible to work extra hours or during weekends as per business requirement - Should be within the required radius from office location as defined by the policy - Should be willing to come to office whenever asked to come - Should be willing to work in night shifts Education Qualifications: \xef\x80\xad Bachelor\'s Degre
