Associate - Accounts Receivable - Australia Shift (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM)

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):

  • Receive cash & process the application of that cash into ERP FLEX system.
  • Review all receipts, verifying accuracy of all pertinent information (signatures, amounts, issuer names, date of receipt etc.)
  • Cash receipts reporting: manually enter all information into ERP Flex system to apply payments to all accounts.
  • Also, process COD\'s as well as apply Credit Card & ACH payments.
  • Able to grow into providing back-up to Onshore Credit Controller in the department.
Required Skills & Qualification:-
  • Must have minimum 2 years\' experience receiving & applying cash in a business setting (all industries will be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel; able to generate & edit spreadsheets plus the ability to perform simple calculations & formulas.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Outlook) in a PC environment.
  • Must be intelligent with solid comprehension abilities.
  • Able to communicate well verbally and in writing, and ask questions when the need arises.
  • Be trainable and moldable to take on new tasks over the long term.
  • High School Graduate. (Associates Degree in Accounting is a plus)
  • Must be very detail oriented.
  • Must have knowledge of intercompany transfer process.
  • Able to update transfer and client refund sheet as well as AR receipt file with high accuracy.
  • Must have knowledge related to foreign currency cash management.
  • Able to do bank statement matching as per process and Credit controller.
  • Able to prepare AR pending items report on monthly basis or as per onshore team requirement.
  • Must have knowledge related to Un-applied cash management.
  • Able to process client refund.
