Description . Must Have: - . Minimum 10 -15 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Expert/Consultant. . Minimum 10 years of IT related experience in Banking, Finance and Risk Management. . Good knowledge of any of Banking and Finance area (Core Banking, Personal & Commercial Banking, Cards & Payments). . Experienced and knowledge of payment systems like Montran and Prime, SWIFT, Fedwire, and CHIPS messaging. . Understanding of payment processing end-to-end workflow and processing queues like OFAC, filters, investigations, and payments out to Fed or CHIPS. . Good understanding of relevant US & EMEA BFS regulations (PSD2, ISO 2022, PCI-DSS, Basel II/III/FDIC/IFRS etc.) and its impact on business. . Business strategy consulting experience with proficiency in one or more areas of use of Technology in Banks and Financial Institutions-- including but not limited to, Core Modernization, Digital Channels, Cloud Adoption, Information Security and Regulatory and Compliance Audit Technology and operating processes. . Expertise in writing Proposals / RFPs / RFIs, business documents and mapping the solution and complete proposal with customer\'s requirement. . Experience of coordinating with different teams such as solution teams, delivery, Service Lines etc. to prepare proposal and tracking the inputs. . Certification in Banking/Finance/GRC area. . Experience in preparing BFS collaterals. Good to Have: - . Knowledge on any Banking product like BaNCS, Finnacle, Fiserv Signature Temenos, Stripe, PayPal. . Experience in documenting and reviewing of Business Solutions, Functional Requirements Specifications (Use Cases and process flow) and reviewing documents with stakeholders. . Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to interact pro fessionally with people at all levels. . Strong business focus including problem resolution . Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation skills.
