Assoc. Director Strategic Business Partner - Compliance and Controls, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive and ensure that DDIT global and local demand is captured from business and collaborate with other DDIT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions
• Development of strategic plans (3-5-year horizon) and the execution of the DDIT strategy and transformation at function level
• Drive change management and culture change, excellence in operations and continuous improvement Cross-Domain demand / portfolio alignment
• Collaborate with the business and DDIT to shape /prioritize technology strategy, solutions portfolio and roadmap(product / projects) for a Business Domain, with focus on Business value and impact
• Collaborate across DDIT functions to ensure a portfolio of quality products, projects and services are delivered to stakeholders, customers and end users as per their needs
• Planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to a major cross capability initiative that transforms how business operates through the use technology
• Co-lead transformation with the Business
• Drive topics like value case, scope, roadmap, governance and design decision making, change and adoption of new ways of working enabled by technology to ensure value is realized

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor /Master's in computer science, engineering, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Audit, Business Management or related discipline
• ITIL v4 foundation Certified. Familiar with Fin. controls & compliance /internal audit processes
• Familiar with managing technologies in regulated environments (SOX, GxP..) and proficient English
• Project /Product management certified (PRINCE2, PMO, SAFe, Agile) with proven PM experience
• Experience or knowledge of Process mining tools, SAP, BW, data analytics tools and familiarity with data modeling, data lake, data integrations, Data Visualization, automation, AI, Machine learning, automation.
