Overview

This position will be responsible for the total HR solutions for employees across Headquarter functions (Finance, HR, IT, Corporate Affairs, Communications, Legal & Design in India BU and AMESA R&D (spread across India, Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi & South Africa). Total HC Supported: ~350

  • Incumbent will be the key strategic partner with BU Function Heads on the function organization design, change management, productivity, staffing, talent development and movement, people plans, onboarding, functional capability and team effectiveness
  • He/she will also have accountability to execute/support the annual core people processes including the Organizational Health Survey.
  • He/she will be responsible for HQ engagement programs & employee events
Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Strategic HR Advisor
  • Acts as a catalyst for sustained business performance and ensures that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results
  • Performs talent and organization diagnoses to align with and drive strategy. Prioritizes solutions that will deliver the most benefits
  • Coaches business leaders and other senior team members
  • Measures and tracks the quality of HR work by defining, prioritizing and measuring HR's contribution to business performance
  • Monitors and maximizes staff effectiveness to business operations
  • Calibrates with Core Services to ensure necessary services are being delivered and desired results are achieved
  • Liaison for business informing COE design and deliverables in AOP cycle and any customized HR work based on unique business needs
  • Identifies risks to the delivery of the business strategy and brings the right resources to the table to support it
  • As a strategic business partner, create a short and long-term strategic plan w.r.t. HR strategic framework and AOP blueprint
  • Provide thought leadership in areas of HR Research, Policies and Procedures in line with changing business needs
Admin & Facilities
  • Overall custodian of Facilities plans & Budgets
  • Oversee management of all white-collar workforce on 3rd party rolls
  • Drive engagements / celebrations at HQ

Qualifications

Experience and Qualification-
  • Post-Graduation in Human Resources
  • HR Generalist experience with an accomplished track record in a global, matrix environment
Skills and Behavioural Attributes
  • Strong business acumen & people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with multiple stakeholders and employee groups
  • Ability to partner across HR to deliver effective business solutions
  • Strong analytical & data interpretation skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes to assess opportunity for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, influence and wiring ability
  • Understanding of overall Business & Functional agenda
  • High integrity, strong sense of urgency, and execution excellence
