AVP - Campaign Operations Lead

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

- Manage campaign fulfillment and validation for marketing campaigns.

- Provide Consultative input to internal process owners and client teams on best practices for file selection, targeting and segmentation within campaign execution.

- Ability to generate reports through Workfront (Project Management tool) from COSMOS platform

- Subject matter expertise in Campaign execution tools, SYF Data Warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions and file outputs.

- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.

- Lead & manage the development of team members also mentor team members on process execution and technical skills.

Qualifications / Requirements :

- Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics or MBA or Engineering graduates

- Minimum 7+ Years of working experience in Campaign Operations domain along with maintaining Customer/Client/Vendor relationships.

- Minimum 7+ years with Database Marketing experience within Financial services focusing on Client Lifecycle/acquisition Management

- Minimum 7+ years' experience SAS (or other Campaign Management. equivalent), SQL and other comparative Database languages

- Minimum 4+ years' experience using any Campaign related tools such as SAS Customer Intelligence Studio and its components such as SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Marketing

- Experience in COSMOS Workfront (Project Management) tool by building effective reporting in terms of project related metrics, capacity plan model
