- Seeking a talented and dynamic Assistant Vice President - Sector Solutions Manager at Mumbai location for Industrial and Warehousing development division.
- He/She will be directly responsible for Optimization of Tenant Improvement costs and Vendor Management, Product innovation and drive customer solution functions
Incumbent Profile
Education Requirements: Any Graduate and Post-Graduation in Supply Chain and Logistics
Years of experience : 12-15 Years
Key knowledge areas :
- Drive Optimized Specification, Cost & Design.
- Ensure Customer requirements are met along with ensuring project level targets.
- Research and innovate to create project differentiation strategies.
- Drive solution towards innovative products
Key Result Areas:
- Ensure optimization of the Tenant Improvement (TI) costs with design and asset mgmt. teams for underwriting model.
- Analyze the inbound and outbound data to provide cost optimized customer solution.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of database for sector wise semi/fully automation in the current market, competitor analysis.
- Responsible to develop & understand the details of TI, standard building costing and support leasing ops team make the proposal cost optimization & RFQ.
- Create and maintain database for the different vendor on standard spec to understand the costing
- Curate intelligent data system for Specs and costs. Maintain a consolidated spec vs cost dashboard.
- Collaborate and Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to assess accurate costs for solutions
- Ensure Quality in how all projects are presented, visualized and marketed.
- Identify Key information points (past learning, Industry trends, competitor signups ) that need to be integrated for presenting differentiated and Competitive Solutions to Customers.
- Create partnerships with Consultants/vendors.
- Value Added real Estate.
- Drive Optimized Specification, Cost & Design within TAT.
- Ensure Customer requirements are met along with ensuring project level targets.
- Research and innovate to create project differentiation strategies.
- Drive solution towards innovative products.
- Provide support via market analysis/sector-specific solutions development (creating and maintaining customized/ innovative collateral) to enhance sector-specific sales.
- Ensure timely query resolution of client issue-at-hand basis support provided via sector-specific expertise.
- Responsible for analyzing and developing sector-specific insights for creation of sector specific target list of potential clients.
