Job Description






Key deliverables

  • Explaining to the prospective customer, the terms and conditions of product, application procedure, documents required and timelines for processing the application
  • Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities. Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with sales team to develop selling tools for presentations and demos
  • Determine, advise and close software sales agreements with company executives
  • Present proposals based on potential clients needs.
  • Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Gain an understanding of customers\' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • provide technical advice to customers on all aspects, both before and after the sale
  • identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
  • prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of IT Solutions to corporates gain an understanding of customers\' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • Effectively manage P&L responsibility which involves monitoring the net income after expenses for the department with direct influence on how company resources are allocated
  • Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified
  • To collaborate with stakeholders in managing the business activities of cross functional products and enhance revenue generation
  • Ensuring compliance with key regulatory / audit agency requirements
  • Updating and maintaining a database of sales figures and other related data and reporting the same to the business in regular intervals
  • Conducting Trainings and organizing rewards and recognitions events
  • To travel and do business planning on national level with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the goals
  • Exploring new solutions suited to client / market requirement.
