Job Summary: Max Life Insurance is looking for a self-starter and result oriented individual having relevant experience in life insurance domain with an analytical mindset and the ability to stich things across all functions. The incumbent would be required to help strategize and plan buildup of channel by acting as a crucial link between field and HO functions. Conceptualizing contests, incentive scheme, training need analysis, understanding product construct and tracking PMS will be furthermore aspects of the job. Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables: You will be responsible for anchoring the Transformation program for Max Life\'s Elite Vertical. You will lead transformation initiatives for the channel where you would be expected to be a catalyst for ideation, blue-printing the operating model, syndicating the business case and program managing the execution. You will contribute to architecting initiatives in the strategic planning process and program manage their execution to move the needle for strategic levers such as improved throughput of Agent hired, better activation and consistent productivity of successful EIM\'s/Agents You will be expected to incubate emerging opportunities and exploratory ideas and conduct exploratory pilots and deploy digital solutions partnering with external partners Identify white-spaces and un-addressed seller enablement areas to conceptualize Digital interventions and collaborate with the Digital-IT teams to deploy solutions and evangelize them in the larger field force Enable effectiveness of the Elite Vertical Operating Cost and lead cost optimization agenda You will support, sustain scale-up up of nascent programs launched recently You will contribute towards building holistic environment assessment of customers, competition and regulatory environment You would work closely with the office of the Head-of-Agency and collaborate with cross-functional teams from Digital, IT, Finance, Operations, Training and HR. Measures of Success: . On-time completion of blueprint of the transformation roadmap . Realization of benefits of Cost control initiatives . On-time completion of weekly, monthly transformation reviews . Execution of defined pilots and proof-of-concepts for exploratory ideas . Satisfactory preparation of business case for new operating models . Plan achievement of scaled-up programs
