What this job involves \xe2\x80\x93
Daily report to Manager\xe2\x80\x93 routes, trips, employees, occupancy, fleet mix.
Transport Reports need to maintain for Management Level.
Daily Routing alignment.
Day by Day incompletion trip closing & instructing to the vendors on the same.
Conduct employee transport induction on weekly twice,
Conduct monthly transport team meeting & review of the operational challenges.
Conduct monthly meeting with Vendor supervisors & site in charges, regarding operations.
Conduct monthly meeting with all the drivers regarding safety & Do\xe2\x80\x99s & don\xe2\x80\x99ts
Conduct monthly meeting with all the Security Escort guard regarding safety & Do\xe2\x80\x99s & don\xe2\x80\x99ts
No Show report communication to Respective Managers & Employee\xe2\x80\x99s.
Conducting reach out meeting on quarterly.
Compliance Management.
Handling Escalations.
Vendor Management.
Handling trip reconciliation with vendor.
Maintaining vendor performance report.
PO Creation for Pan India

What is your day to day?

Knowledge on Hyderabad Routing - Areas
Knowledge on Billing
Should have handled a minimum 5 Team Members under the Resource.

Preferred
Work Experience with Single Degree / Double Degree
