Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, initiate contact, and present the hotel\'s offerings in a compelling manner. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and business requirements to provide tailored solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis. Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue from the corporate segment. Proposal Creation: Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotel\'s unique value propositions and advantages. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing with corporate clients while maintaining a win-win approach for both parties and ensuring the hotel\'s profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as reservations, event planning, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of corporate client requirements and events. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Generate regular reports for management review. Feedback: Gather feedback from corporate clients to continuously improve service quality and identify areas for enhancement. Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field .
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate sales within the hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements and working with established hotel brands.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel and accommodation requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
