They will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and meaningful lessons in the field of English language teaching and learning. The Assistant Professor will also be responsible for conducting research, developing new teaching methods, and evaluating student progress. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will play an active role in supporting the college\'s vision and mission by participating in professional development opportunities and collaborating with colleagues. Qualifications: Master\'s degree or Ph.D. in English Education or a related field A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the college or university level Strong knowledge and understanding of the field of English language teaching and learning Ability to use technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders Strong research potential in the field of English Education or related field Responsibilities: Planning and delivering engaging and meaningful lessons in the field of English language teaching and learning. Conducting research and developing new teaching methods. Evaluating student progress and providing feedback and support. Staying up-to-date with current educational research and incorporating it into lessons. Collaborating with colleagues and participating in professional development opportunities. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Mentoring and advising students. Participating in school-wide activities and events. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress. Publishing research and contributing to the advancement of the field of English language teaching and learning.
