Location: Faridabad Education: B.Tech. first class(only) in Mech/Electrical/Electronic Salary: As per deserving candidate.
Competence Requirement:

• B.Tech. first class(only) in Mech/Electrical/Electronic with 1-4 years working experience closer to Job Responsibilities.
• Preference for IRCA Lead Auditor qualified in QMS, EMS and OHSMS.
• Good communication and own conveyance.
• Applications will be considered for candidates who works in certification Body currently for min. 1-2 years and handling similar roles.

Responsibilities: Handling all matters related to Compliance.

• Planning Executing Checking and Improvement including coordination on Accreditation Office Assessment and Client Witness related matters for Accreditation Boards.

• Understanding of certification processes, Investigation, Coordination and Actioning Certificates (Advice), Monitor Cert entries on IAF portals, complaint handling.

• Responsible for managing routine Certification Body processes compliance and Assessor Qualification processes for QMS EMS OHSMS etc. schemes.

• Responsible for management of competence development of auditors, knowledge & skill management for auditors, including development of auditor resources in India and overseas.

• Mentoring and training skills.

• Investigation, Coordination and Processing of Certificates & Continuation letters.

• Responsible for Monitoring objectives, MIS and Management of Improvements.

• Responsible for development or Amendment of BSCIC Manuals Procedures & Formats as per requirements and amendments in standards.

• Responsible for Code/CDR/CR/Triennial matrix for all schemes.

• Responsible for other operational compliance related to complete certification processes.

• Audits of QMS EMS OHS as needed.

• Management of Internal Audits and Management reviews.
