Role purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Contract creations/modifications/FI Posting/Invoicing are accurate, Accounting requirements are met for each contract and control requirements are in place before posting for payment as per contract terms. They will also be responsible for responding to queries raised by Stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

Typical outputs:

  • Contract creations/modifications/FI Posting/Invoicing to be accurately processed as per agreed timelines
  • First time right resolution on queries/issues raised by local market Finops/Business and the landlord
  • Accurate MEC, Controls.
  • Manage dependencies and understand upstream processes in order to ensure timely contract postings
Impact on Business:
  • Smooth upstream and downstream processes on the basis of accurate and timely query resolution
Interfaces with Customers, Suppliers & Third parties:
  • Provide dedicated support to Local Market functions.
  • Provide response to the queries raised by key stakeholders
Leadership & Teamwork:
  • Work in a virtual team/matrix structure and influence accordingly
  • Work with teams across functions to deliver improvements across Group Common Functions.
Innovation & Change
  • Support Local Market and internal functions in contract creation along with timely FI postings before month end
Essential:
  • Spanish Language proficient with minimum B2 level completion.
  • Proven track record and good at Accounting
  • Shared services experience
  • Experience in a multinational environment
Desired
  • Prior experience of working in the REFX module
Essential: Spanish language skill, should be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish language, should complete B2 level.
Commerce graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable processes and a strong understanding of accounting

  • Prior experience of working on the Real Estate Module
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Strong communication skills - able to influence at a variety of levels and across functions
