JOB DESCRIPTION :

Purpose of the Job :

- The accounting for revenue cycle services would be responsible for high quality and profitable services delivery to our customers.

- He/she will be responsible for driving best practices, innovation, knowledge management and learning across the teams led by the individual.

- This is a position of elevated responsibility, which is primarily responsible for managing appropriate accounting of revenue & inventory and will also be looked upon to guide and partially manage the overall provision of Accounts Receivable from accounting perspective

In addition to above exposure will also be provided in preparation of Financial Statement and MIS which will require to liaison with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure proper accounting and internal controls.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Expert on AR management and revenue accounting principles as per Ind AS for large scale operations / customers

- Having strong skills to implement and monitor AR processes for new products / services

- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and partner with other departments to streamline processes related to revenue and cost recognition

- Deep understanding of billing and commercial aspects involved in AR operations

- Excellent in cross- functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Tech and Product for guiding and implementing new processes/ policies

- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and control areas for implementing and monitoring process improvements / changes including GST

- Effectively handle statutory, internal audits and diligence activities for revenue & inventory area by BIG4 audit firms

- Being custodian of the risk control matrix for O2C process specific to revenue & inventory and ensuring adherence to the controls

- Building strong inventory & revenue operations for high quality resultants with faster TAT and complete accuracy

- Introducing best practices and enabling the function to manage rapid scale-ups

- Ensuring no revenue leakage and required checks to avoid any exposure

- Driving automation for increased efficiency/scale up

- Strong Knowledge of IND AS

- Preparation and Analysis of MIS

Must :

- CA with 2 to 3 Years

- Accounting lead experience in large organization.

- Must be well versed with Digital F&A technologies and ERPs (Preferably SAP)

- Strong experience in handling team with high motivation

- Strong understanding of revenue & inventory function of large enterprise

Should :

- Capability to deliver in fast growing setup and challenges

- Impressive interpersonal skills for cross functional exposure and projects

- Working knowledge of any data base preferred

- Problem-solving approach

- Based out of Mumbai
